Another little banner

I may have found a new addiction. After making the Spring banner, I had the idea to make this Art banner for my scrap space.

I think Create and Inspire won't be far behind. Maybe as a tutorial on the blog?

Ohh, Francine, I love this! The chipboard (?) swirls/flourishes to connect the pieces is very clever. And love the colors. :)
