Christmas for Scrapbookers

Saturday was National Scrapbooking Day, pretty much as my title says, it's Christmas for scrapbookers. All the stores, online and brick and mortar, have special sales and events, including lots of free goodies. I was able to celebrate a bit online at Two Peas. Their Garden girls (i.e. Design/Inspiration Team) were holding hourly chats, issuing challenges and giving away prizes. I managed to get two layouts done.

This one was a challenge called Simon Says. Every 10 minutes an item was called that you had to use on your page. The first was a non-scrapbooking item (I used the wooden bingo number). the second was stamping, and the third was your own handwriting. Then we got another 15 minutes to complete the page and post it.

This challaenge was to scraplift yourself. I flipped my 10 Things page (see post below) to the side and lifted that. I did this one between 1:00 and 2:00 a.m. my time and I thought my head would explode before I got it finished! All in all a fun day, and to top it off I won two prizes!
